Rules for the acceptance, accounting and control of collateral in the system for ensuring the completeness of settlements in the interbank payment card system come into effect as of April 7
/KACC, April 2, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KASE Clearing Centre (KACC, Clearing Centre) dated March 31, 2026, a new internal KACC document "Rules for the acceptance, accounting and control of collateral in the system for ensuring the completeness of settlements in the interbank payment card system" (the Rules) was approved, with effect as of April 7, 2026.
The Rules have been developed to bring the mechanism for the functioning of the system for ensuring the completeness of settlements in the interbank payment card system into line with the requirements of the Regulations for the interaction of divisions of the central office of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Payment Corporation of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan JSC, and the KASE Clearing Centre JSC within the framework of the functioning of the system for ensuring the completeness of settlements in the interbank payment card system, approved by order No. 65 of the Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2026.
From the specified date, the Rules for the provision of services for the acceptance, accounting and control of collateral in the system for ensuring the completeness of settlements in the interbank payment card system will be deemed no longer in effect.
