20.07.2026 09:53 Fitch Ratings affirmed long-term credit rating of KASE Clearing Centre and assigned ratings in national currency, with Stable outlook /KACC, July 20, 2026/ – KASE Clearing Centre JSC (the Clearing Centre, KACC) announces that the international rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the long-term issuer default rating at BBB- and the government support rating at bbb-, as well as assigned the national long-term local-currency issuer default rating BBB- and the national long-term rating AA+(kaz). The rating outlook is Stable. The affirmed international rating BBB- corresponds to the investment grade and indicates low expectations of default risk, while the assigned national rating AA+(kaz) reflects one of the highest levels of creditworthiness among issuers in Kazakhstan. The Clearing Centre's rating is set just one notch below the sovereign rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan and corresponds to the rating level of the country's largest banks. The Rules and amendments come into effect on July 19, 2026. The specified documents have been updated to define the procedure for acceptance, recording and control by the Clearing Centre of the collateral of participants of payment systems operated by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan or its subsidiary.
