Amendments to Procedure for Including Financial Instruments in the T+ List and the T+ Collateral List are effective as of February 2

/KACC, February 2, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KASE Clearing Centre (KACC) dated February 2, 2026, changes and additions No. 2 (the amendments) to the Procedure for including financial instruments in the T+ List and the T+ Collateral List (Procedure) were approved, with effect as of February 2, 2026. The amendments, among other things, provide for the following: - the "type of indexation" criterion (non-indexed or fixed) established for government securities has been excluded – in relation to government securities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan indexed by derivative indices of the TONIA indicator: TCI, TCR_1M, TCR_3M and TCR_6; - the "indexation type" criterion (non-indexed or fixed) established for bonds has been excluded – in relation to bonds indexed according to TONIA Compounded indicators; - the list of international financial organizations has been updated. From January 28, 10 issues of international bonds of U.S. Department of the Treasury will be included in T+ List or T+ Collateral List

FROM DECEMBER 24, KACC LAUNCHES NEW VERSION OF ITS OFFICIAL WEBSITE

/KACC, January 13, 26, December 24, 2025 news repeat/ – The KASE Clearing Center (KACC, Clearing Center) announces the launch on December 24, 2025, of a new version of its official website available at https://kacc.kz. During the pilot phase, the Clearing Center's new website will operate along with the existing website https://kacc.kase.kz/en/, which will continue to be fully supported. The new version of the KACC website was developed to meet modern digital service requirements and is aimed at improving the convenience and transparency of user interaction with the clearing and settlement infrastructure. The site is available in adaptive versions (desktop, tablet and mobile devices) in Kazakh, Russian and English. As part of development of the new website, the following solutions were implemented: - applied the modern approaches to UI/UX design to simplify the perception and navigation of information; - updated the main page's structure with an emphasis on the key functions and services of the Clearing Center; - optimized the menu and logic for transitions between sections for faster access to the necessary information; - updated and structured the content taking into account the needs of various categories of users (clearing participants, settlement organizations, issuers, professional market participants); - expanded the website's functionality, including reference and explanatory materials on clearing and settlement processes. The Clearing Center's official website is one of the key channels for informing the market participants about KACC's activities, clearing services, regulatory documents and infrastructure solutions.
