Amendments to the Instruction for the issue, placement, circulation and redemption of general collateral certificates in effect on April 7
/KACC, April 13, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of KASE Clearing Centre (KACC, Clearing Centre) dated April 7, 2026, changes and additions No. 1 (the amendments) to KACC's internal document "Instruction for the issue, placement, circulation and redemption of general collateral certificates" (the Instruction) were approved, with effect as of April 7, 2026.
The amendments provide for the establishment of the issue currency of the general collateral certificates (GCC) by decision of the Management Board of the Clearing Centre when approving the conditions for the formation of the property pool.
