As of October 1, amendments to Regulations on Clearing Members come into effect
/KACC, September 30, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of KASE Clearing Centre (KACC, Clearing Centre) dated September 29, 2026, amendments and additions No. 3 (amendments) to KACC internal document "Regulations on Clearing Members" (Regulations) were approved, which come into effect as of October 1, 2026.
The amendments were made in order to clarify requirements for candidates for clearing members carrying out custodial activities, in terms of having a license or other right to carry out custodial activities, as well as to bring the list of documents submitted by such candidates into compliance with the specified requirements.
The updated text of the Regulations will be published on KACC website at https://kacc.kz/en/kacc-rules (tab "Clearing").
